Privacy Notice

At DATINO Consulting (hereafter "ATLETHIA," "we") we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal data you share with us when using our sports management platform at app.atlethia.com.

This Privacy Notice is issued in compliance with Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its regulations. This English version is provided for convenience; the Spanish version remains the legally controlling text.

1. Data controller

2. Personal data we collect

We collect only the data needed to deliver the service:

• Identification data: first name, last name, date of birth.
• Contact data: email address, phone number.
• Team data: role (admin, coach, player, parent/guardian), category, jersey number.
• Payment data: history of charges and payments made within the platform. Card data is processed directly by our PCI-certified payment providers; ATLETHIA does not store full card numbers.
• Technical data: IP address, device type, browser, and platform usage logs.

3. Purposes of processing

We process your data for the following primary purposes:

• Create and manage your account and your team's account.
• Manage attendance, communication, charges, and payments.
• Provide technical support and customer service.
• Comply with tax, accounting, and other legal obligations.

Secondary purposes (you may opt out at any time):

• Send you updates about new features and product improvements.
• Run aggregated analytics to improve the service.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it only with:

• Infrastructure, hosting, and payment processing providers that serve us under confidentiality agreements.
• Competent authorities when required by law.

5. Your rights (ARCO)

You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel, or Object to the processing of your data, and to revoke your consent. To exercise these rights, send your request to contacto@atlethia.com including your full name, the right you wish to exercise, and a copy of a government-issued ID.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your session active, remember preferences, and measure site usage. Specifically, we use the following third-party services:

• Google Analytics 4: measures visits, page views, traffic sources, and conversions in aggregate. IP addresses are anonymized before storage.
• Google Ads (conversion tag and remarketing): lets us measure the effectiveness of our ad campaigns and show relevant ads to people who have visited the site.

These cookies do not directly collect identifiable data such as your name, email, or phone; they work with anonymous browser-assigned identifiers. You can disable them in your browser settings, via the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or by managing your ad preferences at adssettings.google.com. Some site features may stop working correctly if you disable them.

7. Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active and for additional periods required by applicable tax and commercial law. Once those periods expire, data is deleted or anonymized.

8. Security

We implement reasonable technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect your data against loss, unauthorized access, or misuse. No internet transmission is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to this notice

We may update this Privacy Notice to reflect legal, technical, or service changes. The current version will always be published on this page with the date of the last update.
